The mediation process remains confidential. Only the outcome of mediation is reported unless otherwise required by law.
Neutral Ground Family Negotiation
Helping families navigate divorce, legal separation, parenting plans, child placement, child support discussions, and other family related matters through productive conversation and mutually acceptable agreements. We love helping families settle outside of court and reach a middle ground that serves both parties, helping families move forward post separation with dignity.
Civil Settlement Mediation
Resolving disagreements between individuals, neighbors, businesses, or organizations through structured, solution-focused discussions that avoid unnecessary litigation whenever possible.
Facilitated Co-Parent Communication
This service is designed for parents who are unable to communicate effectively due to a history of high conflict, domestic violence, or significant communication barriers.
Instead of communicating directly with one another, each parent submits their communication to Resolve Right Mediation. I serve as a neutral facilitator by reviewing each message, removing inflammatory or unnecessary language when appropriate, and forwarding the communication in a clear, respectful, and child-focused manner.
This service is intended to reduce conflict, improve communication, and help parents exchange necessary information without direct interaction. This also protects parent's peace when communication isn't appropriate.
Service Includes:
- Up to two communication exchanges per week
- Neutral review and transmission of messages between parents
- Reframing communications to promote respectful, child-focused dialogue while preserving the sender's intended message
- Focus on scheduling, parenting issues, school, medical care, activities, and other child-related matters
Fee: $85 per hour
This service is facilitative only. I do not make decisions for either parent, provide legal advice, or advocate for either party. My role is to facilitate respectful communication between parents.
